Of the 100 trillion dollars needed for the Planetary Transition by 2050, nearly a quarter must be allocated to the Oceanic Transition—a crucial challenge that confronts us with two possible future scenarios: either recognizing the immense value of the Ocean-Sea or abandoning it to harmful and uncontrolled processes.

This urgency underpins the development of a technological platform that globally connects the strategic assets—resources, knowledge, and activities—of the Ocean-Sea, overcoming the fragmentation between sectors and disciplines (vertical domains), which is the primary cause of unsustainability.

The use of AI to emulate the Ocean-Sea as an intelligent and identity-bearing entity enables both the monitoring of its condition and communication with stakeholders, revealing new perspectives and future options, and acting as a magnet to attract the necessary capital for the Oceanic Transition. Moreover, the innovative model adopted creates a symbiotic space with AI’s own evolution, which is itself at the core of global investment strategies.​
